OverviewThe Assistant Manager works closely with and reports to the General Manager. They are the "Every Day" leader for the restaurant. They focus on sales, guest satisfaction, restaurant cleanliness and product quality.
Responsibilities- Lead daily operations to ensure guest satisfaction and quality standards
- Support achievement of sales targets and profitability
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and smooth operation of all shift activities
- Collaborate with the General Manager to drive performance and staff development
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience in the quick service industry
- High school education
- Desire to learn and grow
- Valid Driver's License
- Mid-Senior level
- Full-time

Salary range: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year.
