Closing Cook

As a Closing Cook at Hardee’s, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive delicious, high-quality food. Your attention to detail, culinary skills, and commitment to cleanliness will contribute to a positive dining experience for our guests.

• Cooking Hot Fresh Food:
  Prepare menu items according to Hardee’s standards, ensuring that each order is cooked to perfection.
• Sandwich Making:
  Assemble sandwiches, wraps, and other menu items with precision and care.
• Dishwashing:
  Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Maintain a well‑organized dishwashing area.
• Cleanliness and Sanitation:
  Keep workstations, cooking equipment, and surfaces clean and sanitized throughout the shift.
• Quality Focus:
  Ensure that all food items meet Hardee’s quality standards. Pay attention to presentation, taste, and consistency.
• Customer Satisfaction:
  Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Address any concerns promptly and courteously.

• Experience:
  
  Previous cooking experience in a fast‑food or restaurant setting preferred.
• Attention to Detail:
  Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistent food quality.
• Team Player:
  Work effectively with other team members during busy shifts.
• Physical Stamina:
  Standing, lifting, and moving around the kitchen for extended periods.
• Availability:
  Evening and weekend availability required.
