Schedule:

Full time;
Days may vary, 4:00 pm to 12:00 am. Open availability preferred. More details upon interview.

Pay: $17.00 per hour.

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained.

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees; encourage goal setting and advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Prior supervisory experience in the food and beverage industry preferred.
• Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
