The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for enhancing the customer experience and driving profitable sales by providing proactive consultative sales assistance and support. The role involves achieving department standards and goals, and maintaining a clean, in-stock, orderly, and well-merchandised sales floor to facilitate sales activities. Candidates must have day, evening, and weekend availability for full-time roles, with flexible scheduling available for part-time positions.

• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions using approved selling practices and guidelines.
• Meet or exceed performance standards consistently.
• Understand website navigation and leverage technology to enhance the customer experience, especially when products are not available in-store.
• Maintain current knowledge of merchandise, including features, benefits, and availability, as well as delivery, installation, and service options.
• Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale system, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Complete required training within the designated timeframe and participate in ongoing learning opportunities.
• Collaborate with other sales associates and cashiers to provide superior customer service, such as locating merchandise, assisting customers, answering phones, and ringing registers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
