Job Qualifications- One year of retail experience in retail store operations within the last two years is required.
- If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not apply, the minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting.
DAYS/HOURS OF AVAILABILITY
REQUIRED:
Monday - Sunday 5:00 A.M.
- 9:00 P.M. Must be available to work any shift including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Schedule subject to change with proper notice.
- Minimum: $20.40
- Maximum: $34.12
- Assists in managing and directing retail store operations.
- Assists in establishing financial goals to maximize sales, profit, SSR, productivity, turns and inventory.
- Supervises, trains, develops and schedules associates for current positions and future growth.
- Evaluates and enhances customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Extended duty hours / varying work schedules
- Shift work 24/7 365 days/year
