The Store Manager plays a critical role in driving store success, leading daily operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsible for the overall performance of their assigned store across The Swank Company, Posh Tots, or Escape Outdoors, the Store Manager oversees sales floor engagement, product catalogue oversight, backroom fulfillment, inventory control, and team workflow management.

Depending on business needs, Store Managers may be assigned to lead a primary store location or be flexible across nearby group locations to provide operational support, coverage, and store management.

• Customer-Centric Service:
  Cultivate a warm, welcoming, and high-energy shopping environment that delivers top-tier customer service.
• Sales Floor Operations:
  Oversee daily sales floor flow, ensuring smooth Point of Sale (POS) transactions, proper cash handling, and prompt customer assistance.
• Visual Merchandising & Restocking:
  Maintain pristine store presentation standards, ensuring displays, tables, and racks are well-merchandised, fully stocked, clean, and organized.
• Omnichannel Fulfillment:
  Oversee timely and accurate processing of online orders, local in-store pickups (BOPIS), and inter-store inventory transfers.
• Backroom Efficiency:
  Maintain a clean, safe, and highly structured backroom to support seamless inventory staging and rapid fulfillment.

• Stock Accuracy:
  Maintain inventory integrity through routine cycle counts, stock audits, and prompt resolution of inventory discrepancies.
• Merchandise Receiving:
  Oversee the receiving, unboxing, tagging, and processing of new inventory arrivals for immediate sales floor placement.
• Inter-Store Logistics:
  Coordinate inventory levels and transfers between our storefronts across the Augusta area, including internally used inventory such as shopping bags, wrapping papers, etc.

• Standard Operating Procedures:
  Ensure strict adherence to company policies, opening/closing procedures, cash control protocols, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Store Performance Reporting:
  Maintain clear communication with retail group leadership regarding store performance, operational needs, inventory trends, and staffing.

  Experience:
  
  2+ years of retail sales or retail supervisory/management experience (boutique, fashion, or outdoor lifestyle background preferred).
• Customer-Focused & Results-Driven: Strong track record of providing outstanding customer service and driving sales performance.
• Organizational
  
  Skills:
  
  Excellent multi-tasking, time-management, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with POS systems, basic inventory management software, and order fulfillment workflows.
• Flexibility & Mobility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail seasons. Reliable transportation to flex between store locations in the Augusta/surrounding hubs as needed.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move inventory (up to 30–40 lbs) for extended periods during shift hours.
