• Respond to and qualify incoming leads from our marketing systems
• Build genuine rapport with sellers and understand their unique situations
• Schedule and conduct property appointments (virtual and in-person)
• Negotiate offers and overcome objections to close deals
• Manage your pipeline using our CRM and follow up consistently until contracts are signed
• Participate in team trainings to sharpen your skills
