This is a leadership position responsible for driving revenue for the hotel by developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans. You will lead a sales team, manage client relationships, and oversee all sales-related activities to ensure profitability and guest satisfaction.

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans, including direct sales, marketing, and social media strategies.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, provide coaching, and evaluate team performance.
• Oversee marketing campaigns and promotional activities to attract guests and maximize occupancy.
• Manage the sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals.
• Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports on sales activity and performance.
• Manage the sales department budget.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Proven experience in a sales or management role, with a preference for hospitality experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
• Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding sales goals.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
