• Professional, dependable, and detail‑oriented
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel);
  Entrata experience a plus
• Available to work Saturdays

• Greet and assist prospective residents, conduct tours, and close leases
• Manage applications, deposits, and lease documentation
• Maintain organized resident and property files
• Support marketing efforts and promote the community online
• Ensure apartments and community areas are tour‑ready
