This is a full-time remote role for an Outside Sales Representative. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and presenting tailored energy and lighting solutions. The candidate will manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, scheduling, and conducting client meetings. The role also requires preparing and delivering compelling proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing sales to meet or exceed quotas.

• Sales and negotiation skills and experience in developing strong client relationships
• Skills in creating and delivering effective presentations and proposals
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of energy solutions, LED technology, and electrical services is a plus
• Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets
• A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
• Experience in the commercial lighting or energy industry is preferred
