Are you a hands-on sales leader who knows how to build teams, grow revenue, and lead with both urgency and empathy? We’re looking for a Director of Sales who can recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team while driving smart, sustainable growth across broadcast, digital, and emerging platforms. You'll own the full revenue picture—local direct, new business, and multi-platform solutions—while helping clients get real results and strong ROI.Just

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Lead all local sales strategy across broadcast, digital, and emerging platforms.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a motivated, high-performing sales team.
• Drive new local direct business and uncover growth opportunities.
• Own all aspects of advertising revenue with a focus on client ROI and long-term growth.
• Help expand and adopt new products and capabilities as they emerge.
• Bring structure and oversight to sales systems, processes, and forecasting.
• Set clear expectations, goals, and accountability across the team.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, positivity, urgency, and results.
• Partner with station and corporate teams to align strategy and execution

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of local media sales experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in sales leadership or management.
• Demonstrated success in strategic planning and revenue growth.
