Passive Geolocation Operator​/Senior Mentor

Location: Augusta, GA
Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

Geo Owl is seeking qualified candidates for Passive Geolocation Senior Mentor positions in Augusta, GA. Senior Mentors will leverage their expertise and certifications across multiple specialized capabilities to provide direct operational and training support for a 24/7, 365-day mission workforce.

• Provide on-site, real-time mentoring for geolocation operators.
• Develop training aids, course curriculum, and reference materials.
• Maintain qualification records and ensure operator proficiency.
• Advise on job qualification standards and training requirements.
• Support real-world SIGINT operations to maintain technical currency.
• Instruct platform training courses in multi-mode and language-enabled passive geolocation operations.
• Work rotating shifts as required.

• Five (5) years of operational and/or instructional experience within the last seven (7) years producing multi-mode precision geolocation solutions.
• Two (2) years of instructor experience or instructor certification in passive geolocation technologies.
• Current Passive Geolocation Certification, or eligibility for recertification.
• Ability to achieve Passive Geolocation Instructor Certification within 30 days of assignment.
• Clearance Required:
  
  Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

• Experience as a certified instructor supporting training and operations across multiple geolocation technologies.
• Ability and willingness to obtain multiple specialized geolocation certifications.
• Completion of NSAG Passive Geolocation Qualification Course or two (2) or more years of teaching experience.
