JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for maintaining, repairing, modifying, renovating and construction of plumbing distribution and fixtures steam distribution and heating. Performs all required inspections, testing, preventative maintenance and training of personnel.

  Education Required:
  
  High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum Experience
  
  Required:
  
  3 years of Maintenance Tech experience to include plumbing experience. Experience may be substituted if graduate from a Plumbing program.
• Minimum Licensure/Certification Required By Law:
  None.
