$23.00/hr - $25.00/hr

• Ensure all service requests and repairs are completed correctly and in a timely manner, within 24 hours or as per community policy.
• Communicate effectively with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors.
• Maintain and repair buildings’ plumbing, electrical systems, and other building systems, including replacing worn or defective parts.
• Assist with moving furniture, unloading, and storing supplies, exercising safety when handling heavy items such as furniture or appliances.
• Perform general grounds and curb appeal management and “make‑ready” renovations as needed.

• High School diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of general maintenance experience with background in construction, plumbing, or electrical work preferred.
• HVAC certification required.
• Excellent customer relations experience.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, or on‑call when necessary.
• Valid driver’s license required.
