Plumbing Installer – New Residential Plumbing Professional

$15.00-$25.00 Base on Experience

Responsibilities
  • Installation of pipes, faucets, sinks, toilets, water heaters, and other fixtures
  • Repairing or replacing damaged fixtures, like faucets or water heaters and fixing leaks, blockages, or broken pipes
  • Conduct visual inspections of plumbing systems after installation to ensure drains and pipes are in good condition to prevent future issues
  • Specialized tasks like working with gas piping for heating systems or appliances
  • Collaborate with builders to plan and implement plumbing systems in new constructions

Requirements
  • Experience: 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in residential plumbing installation, preferably in new construction environments.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, fittings, and installation techniques, including PVC, PEX, and copper piping systems.
  • Licensing & Certification: Plumbing license, apprentice/journeyman card, or equivalent technical certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
  • Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans to determine plumbing layouts and installation requirements.
  • Tools & Equipment: Skilled in safely operating plumbing tools and power equipment, including pipe cutters, threaders, and soldering tools.
