Camping World is seeking a Service Technician for our growing team.
All skill levels are encouraged to apply.
We are ideally looking for someone with advanced diagnostic and repair skills for Recreational Vehicle (RV) coach systems, generators, and coach body repairs
. An ideal candidate is passionate about fixing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance problems. A successful RV Technician will have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated, and well-versed in all maintenance and repairs. Camping World will pay to certify individuals not already certified. If you have experience in any or all of these fields:

What You’ll Do:
- Provide and document complete diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services to customers
- Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance maintenance
- Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
- Keep supervisor informed of work progress
- Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee
- Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
What You'll Need:
- Trade certification from college or technical school (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance, etc.) is helpful but applicable work experience is also considered
- Minimum of 1-year service technician or related experience preferred
- RVIA certification is helpful but not required
- Potential exposure to heights and hazards related to electrical and welding equipment
- Possible exposure to environmental conditions: heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust, wetness
- Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for prolonged periods
- Must furnish own hand/shop tools
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
- Valid driver’s license
Compensation and Benefits:
The pay range considers skills, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. The estimated range is provided on our benefits site.
