** Full-Time  ## Position Summary  Jenkins Plumbing Company is seeking an experienced and dependable
** Service / Warranty Technician
** to join our team. This position is responsible for handling residential plumbing service calls, warranty repairs, troubleshooting plumbing issues, completing punch-list items, and ensuring work meets Jenkins Plumbing’s quality standards.  The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in residential plumbing systems, able to troubleshoot problems independently, and committed to providing excellent customer service and quality workmanship.  ## Responsibilities
* Perform residential plumbing service and warranty calls.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing problems and determine appropriate repairs.
* Complete plumbing repairs efficiently and accurately.
* Address warranty-related issues in newly constructed homes.
* Complete punch-list and inspection correction items.
* Inspect plumbing systems and identify installation or workmanship concerns.
* Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, supervisors, and other team members.
* Clearly explain plumbing issues and repairs when necessary.
* Document completed work, repairs, and materials used.
* Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle in a clean and professional manner.
* Follow all company safety procedures and applicable plumbing codes.
* Ensure work is completed according to Jenkins Plumbing Company quality standards.
* Assist with other plumbing service or field-related duties as needed.## Qualifications
* Previous plumbing experience required.
* Residential plumbing experience preferred.
* Service, warranty, or new-construction plumbing experience preferred.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage assigned service calls.
* Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members.
* Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
* Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
* Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting, bending, climbing, and working in various indoor and outdoor environments.## Preferred Skills
* Experience troubleshooting residential plumbing systems.
* Knowledge of plumbing codes and proper installation practices.
* Experience performing warranty repairs and punch-list work.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to prioritize work and complete assignments efficiently.##
