• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service while working in clients' homes
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools, including drills, skill saws, and other common construction tools
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift materials up to 100 lbs.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Remodeling, construction, or trade school experience is a plus
• Minimum of one (1) years of experience in trades is a plus:
  Sheetrock installation and finish to paint
• Finish carpentry Cabinet making and installation
• Tile installation
• Plumbing and Electrical experience is helpful
• Successfully pass a criminal background check
• Consent to random drug screenings as a condition of employment
• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
