Building Maintenance Person Needed for Apartments and Houses
Description:
Family-owned company is in need of a maintenance person who is well-versed in light plumbing (faucet replacement, drain unclogging, toilet part replacement), light carpentry (hanging blinds, repairing cabinet drawers, Installing baseboards), light electrical ( replacing lighting fixtures, installing ceiling fans, replacing switches or receptacles). In short, we need an all around Handyman. More experience and skills can mean more responsibility and more pay.
No weekend work. Hours are Monday - Friday from 8-4p.m. Must have your own transportation or a clean driving record so we can add you to our policy for company vehicles.
Qualifications:
Have at least 3 years in the field of home repair with plumbing, electrical and carpentry. Have your own transportation and a clean driving record. Have your own basic tools (a screwgun, a hammer, screw drivers, measuring tape, level, etc.). Everything specialized can be provided. BE ABLE TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS AND WORK INDEPENDENTLY.
