- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Dependable and able to consistently show up on time

- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Willingness to learn and follow company procedures
- Able to work safely on ladders and at various heights
- Able to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods
- Painting, construction, or skilled-trade experience preferred
- Experience with interior and exterior painting is a plus
- Experience with prep work, brushing, rolling, caulking, patching, and spraying is a plus
- Must maintain a clean and organized jobsite
- Must provide excellent customer service while working in customers’ homes and businesses
