Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and customer-focused Appliance Repair Technician to join our team in the Augusta area. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of hands-on appliance repair experience, a reliable vehicle, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate professionally with customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of household appliances.
• Service refrigerators, freezers, ovens, stoves, ranges, microwaves, dishwashers, washers, and dryers.
• Identify the cause of appliance problems and explain the issue clearly to customers.
• Communicate repair options, recommended solutions, and any additional issues discovered during service calls.
• Provide excellent face-to-face customer service and maintain a professional attitude in customers’ homes.
• Complete service calls efficiently and accurately.
• Document repairs, parts needed, and job completion details.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional appliance repair experience.
• Strong working knowledge of multiple appliance brands and types.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical appliance issues.
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle to travel to customer appointments.
• Must be comfortable speaking face-to-face with customers and explaining technical problems in simple terms.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, punctual, honest, and able to work independently.
• Must have the ability to manage service calls and represent the company professionally.
