NE Premium Pay: $0.25 per mile when load finals in NE states
Accessorial Pay:
- High value: $0.04 per mile
- Tolls, Stop, Wait, Layover, Hazmat, NYC & Canada
Utilization Bonus: Additional Bonus paid if mileage tier goals are met monthly:
- 9,000 miles = $0.03 per mile
- 10,000 miles = $0.06 per mile
- 11,000 miles = $0.09 per mile
Average Length of Haul: Last 90 days (Loaded + empty miles as of 11/5/2024): 448 miles
