Westmint Logistics is a veteran-owned last-mile delivery service committed to reliable, efficient, and customer-focused solutions. We’re looking for a dependable Dispatcher to join our growing team and help streamline daily operations while delivering outstanding service to our clients.

• Coordinate and dispatch daily delivery routes, assigning drivers to maximize efficiency and meet delivery time windows.
• Monitor real-time driver progress using GPS and dispatch software; provide immediate support to address delivery issues or delays.
• Act as the central communication point between drivers, customers, and warehouse personnel to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of delivery activities, incidents, and dispatch logs.
• Adjust schedules and respond to last-minute changes to ensure continuity of service throughout the workday.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or logistics-related degree a plus.
• 1+ year of experience in dispatching, transportation, or logistics (last-mile delivery preferred).
• Strong multitasking, time management, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
