As an Express Lane Technician you will be responsible for completing oil changes and tire rotations, inspecting vehicles for necessary repairs or maintenance, and ensuring a clean, organized work area. This entry‑level position requires no prior experience; training and support will be provided to help you succeed.

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes and tire rotations on a variety of vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for necessary repairs or maintenance.
• Communicate with service advisors about a vehicle’s needs.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
• Complete all training, paperwork, and necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Punctuality and consistent work attendance.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures.

• Willingness to learn and improve skills through training and hands‑on experience.
• Ability to maintain a safe work environment, free from unlawful harassment or discrimination.

• Ability to stand for up to 9 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and varying weather conditions.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and squat, and use either or both arms for reaching in all directions.
• High grip strength, neck flexion and extension, and cervical rotation.
