, we’re looking for an ambitious, people-driven go-getter who’s ready to build a thriving career in automotive sales. You’ll start with a base salary + commission as you train, learn the ropes, and quickly grow into a full Sales Consultant role — often within just three months.

• Uncapped Potential: Start strong with a base pay + commission while you train, then promote to earn $4,000–$9,00/month as a Sales Associate or Master Sales Consultant, with top performers reaching $80k–$130k/year plus vehicle allowance.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using computers and web-based systems
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
