Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m.
- 4:00 p.m., School Year Calendar
Location:
Gilbert Elementary School
Qualifications:
High School graduate or equivalent;
Strong computer base skills in standard office software (Microsoft Office and Google Docs) word processing, e‑mail, district-specific platforms;
Knowledge of office procedures and use of office equipment;
Flexibility to work within timelines in a fast‑paced environment with accurate attention to details;
Strong professional writing skills, clear verbal communication, strong organizational skills, and ability to work cooperatively as part of a team;
Skilled, courteous and confidential communication with parents/guardians/principals, teachers and other clinical administrators. Must obtain Maine Department of Education Criminal History Record Check (CHRC) upon hire.
