• Interview users and stakeholders to understand current processes and business needs.
• Map workflows, information exchanges, exceptions, and opportunities for improvement.
• Write functional requirements, user scenarios, and acceptance criteria for the proposed changes.
• Review prototypes or configured workflows with users and resolve requirement questions.

• Review the project requirements and relevant updates before starting assigned work.
• Coordinate schedules, dependencies, and handoffs with Funto Network and the client team.
• Keep work records current, report progress, and raise risks or blockers promptly.

• A current resume or professional profile showing experience directly relevant to Technical Business Analyst
  - State of Maine / Division of Procurement Services.
• Examples of comparable work, outcomes, deliverables, and the tools or methods you personally used.
