Center Manager / Physical Therapist (Outpatient)

We are seeking a full‑time, licensed Physical Therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care as a Center Manager at our Augusta, ME Physical Therapy Center. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of outpatient orthopedic experience and a passion for driving quality care.

Our center is part of Select Medical Corporation, a national leader in outpatient physical rehabilitation with nearly 1,800 locations across 39 states. We operate under the brands Select Physical Therapy, Nova Care Rehabilitation, Physio, Kessler Rehabilitation Center, KORT, Saco Bay Physical Therapy, Concentra, SSM Physical Therapy, and Keystone Physical Therapy, providing services to professional sports teams, colleges, universities, and communities.

• Assume responsibility for the center and uphold executive decisions.
• Maintain an attitude of excellence and quality in patient care and leadership duties.
• Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers for optimal patient outcomes.
• Act as a business owner to grow and manage the center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios.
• Build and maintain local industry relationships, with opportunities to expand expertise in industrial services.
• Expand and develop a team of Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Work in a positive environment where people feel valued and collaborate toward company objectives.
• Participate in philanthropic programs and community events.
• Engage in industry‑leading continuing education opportunities.

• Graduate of an APTA‑accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid state Physical Therapy license / registration (required at start).
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts.

Schedule:

Monday‑Friday, 40‑hour week. Salary up to $100,000 based on experience, with sign‑on bonus up to $10,000 and a student‑debt repayment program. Bonus structure and additional incentives may be available.
