Center Manager / Physical Therapist (Outpatient)
We are seeking a full‑time, licensed Physical Therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care as a Center Manager at our Augusta, ME Physical Therapy Center. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of outpatient orthopedic experience and a passion for driving quality care.

Key Responsibilities- Assume responsibility for the center and uphold executive decisions.
- Maintain an attitude of excellence and quality in patient care and leadership duties.
- Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers for optimal patient outcomes.
- Act as a business owner to grow and manage the center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios.
- Build and maintain local industry relationships, with opportunities to expand expertise in industrial services.
- Expand and develop a team of Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants.
- Work in a positive environment where people feel valued and collaborate toward company objectives.
- Participate in philanthropic programs and community events.
- Engage in industry‑leading continuing education opportunities.
- Graduate of an APTA‑accredited school of physical therapy.
- Valid state Physical Therapy license / registration (required at start).
- Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts.
Schedule:
Monday‑Friday, 40‑hour week. Salary up to $100,000 based on experience, with sign‑on bonus up to $10,000 and a student‑debt repayment program. Bonus structure and additional incentives may be available.
