Position: Center Manager-(Physical Therapist)

Center Manager / Physical Therapist (Outpatient)

We are seeking a full‑time, licensed Physical Therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care as a Center Manager at our Augusta, ME Physical Therapy Center. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of outpatient orthopedic experience and a passion for driving quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume responsibility for the center and uphold executive decisions.
  • Maintain an attitude of excellence and quality in patient care and leadership duties.
  • Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers for optimal patient outcomes.
  • Act as a business owner to grow and manage the center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios.
  • Build and maintain local industry relationships, with opportunities to expand expertise in industrial services.
  • Expand and develop a team of Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants.
  • Work in a positive environment where people feel valued and collaborate toward company objectives.
  • Participate in philanthropic programs and community events.
  • Engage in industry‑leading continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an APTA‑accredited school of physical therapy.
  • Valid state Physical Therapy license / registration (required at start).
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts.
Schedule & Compensation

Schedule:

Monday‑Friday, 40‑hour week. Salary up to $100,000 based on experience, with sign‑on bonus up to $10,000 and a student‑debt repayment program. Bonus structure and additional incentives may be available.
