Our client is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support a digital platform by delivering advanced data analysis, reporting, and visualization. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience extracting data from source systems into a data warehouse, building Power BI dashboards, and translating complex data into actionable insights. This role involves collaborating with program teams and vendors to analyze requirements, validate data quality, support testing, and enable data-driven decision‑making through clear, well‑designed analytics.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze program requirements to define analytics and reporting needs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on source data, data structures, and reporting logic.
- Extract, transform, and integrate data from source systems into an enterprise data warehouse.
- Develop and maintain data catalogs and support user acceptance testing for analytics solutions.
- Define and present key performance indicators (KPIs) through clear dashboards and reports.
- Build Power BI reports and visualizations based on business and technical requirements.
- Establish data extraction schedules, monitor data quality, and enforce transformation rules.
- Support data sharing, access controls, and governance related to analytics solutions.
- Participate in project planning, briefings, and collaborative problem‑solving sessions.
- Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and resolving data or process‑related issues.
- Contribute to solution documentation, technical specifications, and data flow diagrams.
- 5+ years of experience extracting data from source systems into data warehouses.
- Strong experience in data analysis, data quality management, and reporting.
- Expert-level proficiency with Power BI data visualization and analytics tools.
- Experience working in regulated or compliance‑driven environments.
- Strong information architecture and data integration skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
