Solomon Edwards is looking for a Mortgage Fulfillment Manager for one of its mortgage clients to act as a key contributor in workflow management, new initiatives, process development, and culture building. As the Mortgage Fulfillment Manager, you will monitor workflows and queues to ensure service levels are met, develop process improvements, and/or actively seek methods to streamline business processes and manage and set goals for a team.

• Effectively leverage resources to monitor queue performance, identify patterns and trends causing issues, and work toward business solutions.
• Develop new and more innovative, efficient processes to improve overall end-to-end cycle times or improve quality.
• Support, recommend, and implement technology initiatives.
• Be responsible for communicating monthly results to Management on departmental performance objectives.
• Act as the main point of escalation for all issues within the function.
• Perform capacity and staff planning to ensure adequate service levels are met.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
• Demonstrate behaviors that are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Mortgage experience is a plus.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint).

No travel will be required, unless at the client's discretion.

The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to, education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate for the current hourly range for this role is $24 – 28.
