Requirements:

• Active unrestricted license in any State or U.S territory

• BC/BE

• Master s degree from a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council of Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs.

• BLS

• ACLS

• DEA License

• Minimum of 1 year recent direct patient care experience as a CRNA
