Opportunity

We’re seeking motivated new graduates and early‑career Physician Assistants (PAs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs) who are eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact. As part of our supportive, collaborative team, you’ll provide exceptional care while playing a key role in improving the health and well‑being of our patients.

Your Impact
  • Provide Patient‑Centered Care:
    • Interview patients, perform physical examinations, obtain and update medical histories.
    • Administer or order diagnostic tests (e.g., x‑rays, electrocardiograms, laboratory studies) and interpret results.
    • Administer injections and immunizations, suture, manage wounds and infections.
    • Educate and counsel patients on health, therapeutic regimens, growth and development, family planning, and wellness.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
    • Prepare complete, legible medical records and electronically sign notes and reports.
    • Maintain a safe, clean working environment in compliance with company and state regulations.
    • Adhere to infection‑control policies and protocols.
    • Study and uphold legal and professional requirements, advising management as needed.
  • Collaborate with a Team: Work collaboratively and proactively with other providers and health‑care practitioners to treat patients efficiently and plan coordinated dispositions.

    Education:

    Maintain professional knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and participating in professional societies.
Who You Are
  • Education, Licensure, &

    Certifications:

    • Master’s degree and certification by a PA or NP certifying body.
    • DEA license with no restrictions.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Relevant

    Experience:

    Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care is preferred.
  • Excellent Team Player: Enjoy collaborating with others and being part of a strong team dynamic.
  • Proactive and Confident Communicator: Communicate concerns clearly and confidently with colleagues and patients.
  • Compassionate, Authentic, & Patient‑Focused: Demonstrate kindness and understanding, fostering a community of belonging.
  • Technically Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office, EMR systems, and related software.
  • Strong Knowledge of:
    • Customer and personal services principles, including needs assessment and quality standards.
    • Applicable federal, state, and local laws (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.).
    • Relevant drugs and non‑pharmaceutical patient‑care aids.
    • Current medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment procedures.
