Responsibilities
- Provide the highest-quality customer service to our guests
- Enthusiastic & comprehensive knowledge of menu items
- Collaborate, act as a team-player, and provide support as a key role on the management team
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Set a positive example and maintain optimism for all staff, employees, and guests
- Restaurant management experience required
- Multi-unit experience (preferred)
- Steady employment track record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Work with a diverse group of dedicated staff
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Physical requirements:
ability to stand for prolonged periods, walking, bending, stretching, and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs.) - Availability to work various schedules/shifts (includes nights and weekends)
