Over the next two decades we grew by building new stores and acquiring other franchise operators to become the largest Applebee’s franchisee in the world. As an Applebee's Cook, you will prepare and assemble menu items to high standards, ensuring customers enjoy a delicious experience. You will communicate effectively and work as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment. You will also maintain a clean, safe kitchen and comply with health and safety regulations.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food prep areas.
• Communicate with kitchen staff and front‑of‑house team to coordinate orders.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, including handling of cleaning chemicals and protective equipment.
• Assist with inventory and restock supplies as needed.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Commitment to delivering quality service and making an impact.
• Ability to stand for up to four hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in hot, damp conditions.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Must be able to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours. Able to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Must be physically capable of working in a hot and damp environment, speaking clearly and listening attentively. Possess finger and hand dexterity for using small tools. Must wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks, and wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout the shift.
