. Auto Zone’s store teams provide WOW! customer service, ensuring customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs. Store employees maintain well‑stocked inventory, assist customers with product selection, and provide expert advice to enhance the shopping experience. This role focuses on safe driving skills, efficient delivery operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth teamwork and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company‑provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts and accurately loading/unloading per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Process customer payments securely in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through Auto Zone systems, maintain delivery vehicles, and report any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license and adherence to Auto Zone’s driver safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Full‑time flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

You’ll Go the Extra Mile If You Have

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Exceptional communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Hazmat endorsement (preferred).
