• You have a passion for brand standards and keep product moving through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Stockroom is the home base: keep the Stockroom running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• You stay proactive and inform store leadership of merchandising opportunities, create a game plan, and take action to correct them.
• Teamwork: you are prepared to help fellow team members with non-stock tasks or assist guests.
• Safety and integrity: follow Asset Protection standards and adhere to AEO policies and procedures in the Stockroom and on the Sales floor.

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
• Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion.
