The RoleThe Sales Professional identifies and develops new Large Enterprise Technology sales opportunities, provides product solutions, ensures customer satisfaction, and maintains positive ongoing relationships to maximize sales for the company. They introduce Lumen's Solutions Portfolio of services to new and/or existing customers. They are responsible for the implementation of strategic and tactical sales account plans. Develops and maintains accurate sales and/or revenue forecasts and management of quota funnels.
TheMain Responsibilities
Implements strategies to secure new business from both new and existing Large Enterprise accounts
Builds and nurtures relationships with acquired and current customers to establish strategic influence with decision-makers, secure additional business, and maintain existing revenue streams
Creates action plans to cross-sell and up-sell, boosting the total customer spend with the company
Identifies, bids on, negotiates, and closes new sales opportunities to consistently meet or surpass sales and revenue targets
Exhibits comprehensive knowledge of the company’s full product range, with deeper expertise in specific products and/or services
Delivers precise and detailed weekly forecasts of identified and proposed opportunities to ensure sales quota achievement
Offers insights to sales management on evolving trends within the customer’s organization and recommends strategic actions to strengthen the company’s position with the client
Requires at least 50% or more of time conducting sales activities outside of the office.
7+ years of industry / technical sales experience.
Business Outcome Selling Expertise
Demonstrated strong communication, written, and formal presentation skills as well as proficiency in selling to the close.
Self‑motivated, pro‑active, results‑oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction.
Proficient in MS office products:
Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Experience with is a plus
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
Location Based Pay Ranges:
$136,437 - $181,913 in these states: TX.
