What You’ll Do:As a key member of our Augusta sales team, you’ll take full ownership of building and managing a book of business. You’ll focus on bringing in new clients while maintaining long‑term relationships with existing accounts. This full‑cycle sales role includes:
- Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data‑driven insights and tools
- Conduct in‑depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies
- Represent our full portfolio of solutions, including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsor ships
- Cross‑sell and upsell to expand clients’ reach and ROI
- Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy
- Work directly with Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals
- 2+ years of experience in sales (required)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business
- Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness
- Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required)
- Competitive base salary +
