Overview

Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Response Security Officer. This casual Security Officer – Response role will vary by day and event, including customer service, patrols, or surveillance. The ability to adapt quickly and work in dynamic situations is essential.

As a Special Response / Flex Security Guard, you will adapt with agility and precision to different missions and environments.

• Competitive hourly wage of $18.51 (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees)

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to identify suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive with strong problem-solving skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• Possess a state license if required
