WHO WE ARE
We help vacation rental owners get direct bookings  through high-performing paid ads. As our Video Editor, you'll be responsible for turning scripts and raw footage into ads that actually convert.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Edit  short-form video ads  for Facebook, Instagram, and Google
Transform provided  scripts and raw assets  (property footage, drone shots, lifestyle clips) into scroll-stopping creatives
Deliver a  minimum of 5 ad edits per week
Each edit will have a clearly defined deadline
Implement feedback and revisions efficiently until the ad meets requirements
This is  not template-based editing . Each property has a unique story, and your edits should reflect that.

EXPECTATIONS & ACCOUNTABILITY
Meeting deadlines is critical
Missed deadlines will result in payment deductions for that period
Consistent delays may lead to termination of the contract
This role is best suited for editors who value  discipline, consistency, and reliability .

YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU
Have experience editing  ads  (real estate / hospitality / travel preferred)
Understand  performance editing  — hooks, pacing, text overlays, CTAs
Can work independently with clear briefs and  strict deadlines
Are comfortable with revisions and performance-based feedback
Want to improve skills in performance marketing , not just visual editing

COMPENSATION & COMMITMENT
Pay:  ₹7,000 per month
Time commitment:  Part-time
Output requirement:  Minimum  5 edits per week , each tied to a deadline
