Accountivity is actively seeking a qualified Bilingual Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. This position calls for at least two years of full-cycle accounts payable experience, preferably in a multi-company environment. You will engage with vendors, process invoices, and handle account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain communication with vendors via multiple email inboxes
• Review, code, and process supplier invoices and payments
• Manage new vendor setup requests and payment matching
• Coordinate with the Sudbury team for payment processing
• Assist with month-end accounts payable and reporting
Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years in accounts payable and administration
• Bilingual in English and French
• Proficient in Sage 300 and advanced Excel skills
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
