Join Environmental 360 Solutions Ltd. in Aurora, ON as a Bilingual Accounts Payable Coordinator. This role focuses on managing accounts payable tasks and fostering partnerships with vendors while ensuring compliance and accuracy.
As part of E360S, you’ll be responsible for overseeing accounts payable across various divisions. This includes processing invoices in Sage 300, managing vendor setups, and collaborating with internal teams. Your bilingual skills will be essential as you communicate effectively and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and process invoices for multiple divisions
• Administer vendor communications professionally
• Conduct account reconciliations and process payments
• Prepare monthly financial reports with Excel
• Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements:
• 2+ years of relevant accounts payable experience
• Bilingual in English and French is essential
• Proficiency in Sage 300 preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with digital collaboration tools
