Position: Fixed Asset and Lease Accounting Specialist
Join Environmental 360 Solutions Ltd. (E360S) as a Fixed Asset and Lease Accounting Specialist with a focus on sustainable practices. This detailed position requires extensive experience in multi-entity asset management.

In the Corporate Accounting team based in Aurora, you will manage fixed assets for over 100 entities. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in fixed assets and lease administration, with a strong knowledge of accounting standards.

Your role will be pivotal in elevating financial operations and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain fixed asset subledger while aligning with the general ledger

• Conduct depreciation and accumulated amortization schedules

• Prepare fixed asset continuity schedules and reconciliations

• Act as liaison for lease agreements with operations and legal teams

• Create budget-versus-actual schedules for analysis

Requirements:

• CPA designation or in progress preferred

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 5 years focusing on fixed assets

• Advanced Excel and ERP system knowledge

• Attention to detail and strong communication skills
