At Bulk Barn, a leading bulk food retailer in Canada since 1982, you will assist the Finance Department by executing various accounting tasks. Your fluency in English and French will facilitate communication with corporate stores and vendors. The role emphasizes accuracy in daily reconciliations, variance analysis, and month-end reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reconcile daily deposits to POS data and bank accounts
• Process retail sales data and follow up with stores
• Perform GL account reconciliations and variance analysis
• Match and input invoices following company guidelines
• Assist in monthly financial reporting and budget preparation
Requirements:
• Fluent in English and French, both written and verbal
• 1-2 years experience in general accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
