Position: Full-Time Junior Accountant CHATS

As a Junior Accountant, you will engage in various accounting functions, supporting day-to-day operations by managing financial transactions, records, and reporting. Collaborating with your Finance colleagues, you will ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial information while contributing to the wellbeing of seniors. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential for this critical role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts payable processing and reconciliation

• Assist in accounts receivable by monitoring payments

• Support payroll administration and reporting needs

• Perform monthly financial reconciliations

• Contribute to financial audits and reporting tasks

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar

• 0–3 years of related accounting experience

• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail

• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office suite

• Ability to work well both independently and in teams
