E360S is seeking a Cash Application Analyst, a vital role in the order to cash process. This position entails managing credit, collections, billing, and cash application duties, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks. As part of a driven team, you'll also navigate the complexities of unapplied payments and bank reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply customer payments via various methods daily

• Process recurring credit card and PAD payments

• Prepare cheque deposits for divisions and accounts

• Reconcile weekly cash reports with bank deposits

• Investigate unapplied cash receipts and resolve issues

Requirements:

• Minimum three years in cash receipt posting or accounting

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Effective time management and organizational abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems

• Enrolled or completed diploma in Accounting/Finance
