Accounts Payable Receivable Clerk

Handle accounts payable and receivable for Serpa Automotive Group in Aurora, using accuracy, reconciliation, and organized transaction processing skills.

This permanent clerk position supports dealership financial operations across sales, service, parts, and powersports. You will process invoices, deposits, payments, and receivables while maintaining timely, compliant records. The work also supports month-end preparation, reporting requirements, and OMVIC compliance.

• Process vendor invoices against purchase and receiving documents
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
• Process daily departmental deposits and customer payments
• Prepare aging reports and follow up on receivables
• Assist with month-end schedules and reconciliations

• Two or more years accounting or dealership administration experience
• Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer systems
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
• Professional communication with vendors, customers, and internal teams
