We are currently recruiting for a full-time Office Administrator to join our clients growing team in Aurora. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, customer-focused professional who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and wants to grow with a successful small business.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, supporting office administration, customer service, bookkeeping through Quick Books, and general business functions while helping create a positive experience for clients and visitors. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, professional, and eager to take initiative.
Location: Aurora, ON
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year
Shift: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Welcome visitors and provide professional customer service
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
- Pick up mail and complete occasional local errands as required
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation
- Process invoices and administrative transactions using Quick Books
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other business documents
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Support management with various administrative projects
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Experience or education in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency with Quick Books
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor
- Valid G Driver's License and reliable transportation

- Social media management experience
- Marketing, public relations, or sales experience
- Content creation and online marketing knowledge
- Quality Assurance (QA) experience
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems
- Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives
