Team Supervisor/Cleaner

Compensation: $2,400.00 - $3,000.00 per month (where applicable)

Drives revenue through high customer retention, focusing on training and ensuring high cleaning standards and customer satisfaction.

• Train and work with in-house cleaners
• Conduct regular quality assurance visits with customers
• Perform other related tasks and activities as assigned

• Customer service desired
• Sales training
• Training
• Coaching
• Cleaning experience required

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Valid Social Security Card
• Physically and mentally capable of performing Quality Assurance Manager duties
• Bi-lingual (where applicable)
• Must be bondable
• Cooperate with office staff
• Perform duties according to the company Brand system
• Act in best interest of Company Brand
• Detail oriented
• Service oriented
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to Multi-Task

• Ability to function in high-pressure situation
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Clear, easy to understand oral communication ability
