Estimating Specialist in Architectural Cladding

In this full-time permanent role, you will work closely with project managers, architects, and builders to analyze project needs. A minimum of two years of experience as an estimator and familiarity with cladding design is essential for success. Your analytical skills will drive accurate material usage and waste calculations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze architectural drawings to define project scope

• Estimate sheets and materials required for projects

• Prepare cladding estimates for new and retrofit constructions

• Create 2D and 3D drawings of building systems

• Interact with clients for RFIs and approvals

Requirements:

• Degree in architecture or construction management preferred

• At least two years of estimating experience required

• One year experience specifically in façade design

• Knowledge of building codes and rain screen systems

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
